A parent who engages in self-care activities that are meaningful to them benefits the entire family. This is an opportunity for the parents to be part of a Community Program that aims to increase awareness and improve parents' participation in their own self-care.

OT For Kidz Welcomes occupational therapist, doctoral candidate, and researcher, Valencia Steele in her quest to help parents with children diagnosed with Autism.  Parents' self-care matters! Parents can be more actively involved in participating in their own self-care needs while being part of a study that can benefit parents and their families!
